- Please be informed that a 30% deposit would be required to confirm any bookings. The balance of 70% will be paid once the hantaran is completed. We regret to inform you that the 30% deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE for hantaran if any cancellation is made.
- Charges will be imposed to any damages occured to our rental items.
- Customer is not allowed to alter the decoration without any discussion and permission by us.
- All terms and conditions to be applied upon confirmation of booking fee.
